311 QR pitch for DC government

Custom QR designed to vertically display on poles, parking meters, and other landmarks. Color and elements from the DC flag were included to add a branding element to set this piece apart from other QR graffiti. Finally, a title and phone number was included incase people were not aware of what 311 was, or what QR codes are.
Ideally, I will add an instructional element (as pictured below ) so that users know what this is for.
